Along with timely inspections and accurate damage appraisals, IDA provides complete reports which contain date and location of inspection, damage repair estimate and/or total loss valuation with salvage information.
Our reports include digital color photos of unit(s) with detailed damage descriptions, and condition summary.
LKQ replacement parts will be utilized when appropriate. If not, our inspection report will be noted. Labor rates will be verified and overlap time eliminated, when possible.
Recommended betterment or appearance allowances will be applied in accordance with generally accepted industry standards, and company guidelines.
Total Loss Valuations will be provided as part of our report along with digital photos if a truck or trailer unit is determined to be a total loss.
Should a truck and/or trailer unit be assessed as a total loss, IDA can assist with salvage disposal, when requested.
We If requested, we can take the claim from the accord form with complete handling, including the disposition of salvage.
